The resort is in need of renovations and overall upgrading. TV lacked English programs; no refrigerator in room; bathroom extremely basic. The staff referred to guests by room number. The buffet dinner was horrible as well as the breakfast. The staff prepared food with their bare hands and handed it over to guest. The food at the breakfast buffet was cold. The sign said they served until 10 am but the heating elements were removed by 8 am, leaving the food uncovered in an outdoor restaurant. The towels look ten years old. No information of hotel and its services in room. Overpriced. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>
