Arrived in the hotel at 10 pm. There was no hot water in the shower. Complained to the reception and they sent a man to my room to find out what the problem was. He could not fix it. I had to come to the reception again with the same complaint. The reception eventually admitted that the whole hotel had no hot water. So sending that man to my room was just a delaying tactics. I understood that they simply disconnected central water heating system late at night to save money hoping that guests won t need hot water at such late hour. I made a scene at the reception and by midnight they turned the hot water back on. Horribly experience. The hotel is a way overpriced and the noise from slamming doors from the corridors woke me up early in morning as guests left their rooms to go to the restaurant for breakfast. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>
