the staffs (especially the counter staffs) are friendly. Overall the situation is reasonably good but for location wise, it s a distance from the beach area but if u prefer quiet (away from the walking street and night activities), it would be good. However if one were to take a taxi to the hotel, do make double sure that the driver know exactly where the place is....bring along a hotel business card as 2 of the song thaew driver actually lost their way.... <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>
