This was the worst 4 days of my life!!! I was over charged, the room was filthy with dirty sheets, and toilet rolls that had not been replenished! Customer service was extremely poor and the guest relations manager was unbelievably condescending on check out that she also over charged us for bath towels and even made us pay for a sheet that she reckoned we had damaged. I am not fussy when it comes to comfort and accommodation but this was a poor excuse for a 4 star hotel and would advise anyone to stay well clear!!!!! For the sake of your holiday!
