My room was fine. The reception desk service was okay. However, people seemed to get different services; for example, I got breakfast coupons, but others at the same conference did not. Not all service providers could speak or understand English that well. My breakfasts were great....but one of my colleagues had a worm in her vegetables! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>
