1.) This is 4 star hotel but this is better than our expect! 2.) The room is quite good but unfortunately we stay in premier grand room which is city view, if open the window will be little bit noisy! 3.) Bathroom is with bathtub and bath room is grand! 4.) There are some free drinks in refrigerator and some snacks in room which is free of charge which is very good service! 5.) staff are very polite and good service especially the bell boy 6.) breakfast is quite ok and delicious! 7.) free wifi is provided in hotel everywhere which is very good service 8.) location is very good because walk 1 mins you can arrive to Patong beach, walk 15mins can arrive to junceylon, hotel is very convince to go to shopping area! 9.) hotel is not included free transfer to airport! I hope to stay in this hotel again!
