As usual, the facilities were amazing. Right across the street from Karon beach, great pools, super resaurant with awesome staff. The one thing I was quite upset about is our check in. There were two families including mine and we reserved two different classed rooms since we were families of 3 and 5. When I asked if we d be in the same building, the reception worker said she d try. Then she handed us room cards and told us our rooms. What she DIDN T tell until I asked is that in order for us to be in the same building, she had to downgrade my friend s family. She also said nothing of the price difference which was around $40/night. I was quite upset as it just seemed like it was all done in a very sneaky manner. Then I asked if one of us had to change buldings, why we weren t offered an upgrade instead of my friend being downgraded, since I m an Honors member and all. The reply was .... silence. Not pleased at all with that. Anyways, after that original hiccup, it was a great stay and we all wished we were staying longer. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>
