Very good service and pollite staff. Extra plus for a bus into patong and back approx 5 times /day for free. Nice location between karon and kata beach but it is a few hundred meters hill up to the hotel from the main road. If you like to pay for it so is there tuk-tuk service by the hotel. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was really nice. Two ac, two tv etc. Also a kitchenette. 3 stairs and no elevator but staff take care of luggage both at arriving and departing. Whait is disturbing me and is reducing the grading is that wifi shall be so expensive at this hotel, and many others in thailand. I paid 300 bath for one day....10 years ago I stayed in bungalows for that prices per night. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>
